Attorney Carole L. Tolchinsky specializes in a wide variety of immigration areas including permanent employment applications, J waivers, family petitions, and non-immigrant visas.
Ms. Tolchinsky has experience in all facets of employment-based immigration and has represented companies and professionals from wide range of backgrounds. Ms. Tolchinsky has also advocated for families in obtaining family-based visas, as well as citizenship and naturalization matters.
Ms. Tolchinsky holds a Law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law. In addition, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration. While in attendance at Roger Williams University, she was the last graduate to obtain a dual degree in Masters of Community Planning from the University of Rhode Island. She was awarded two CALI awards for her outstanding work in Medical-Legal Collaborative studies. Ms. Tolchinsky is certified as a mediator in Rhode Island.
Ms Tolchinsky is a member of the American Bar Association, Rhode Island State Bar Association, Massachusetts State Bar Associations, American Immigration Lawyers Association and Boston Bar Associations.
